INPET is a battery-free product that requires a constant power connection. When the power cable is connected for the first time, the LED briefly lights up to indicate power. Ensure the power cable is securely connected. If the LED turns on after connecting the cable, the product is powered on and ready to use. If the LED does not light up, check your power source or contact customer support.
Download and install the INPET APP on your smartphone. Follow the on-screen instructions in the APP to sign up and log in. Once you’re logged in, proceed with the product registration process as guided by the APP to complete the pairing.
First, connect the product to your smartphone to save all recently measured data. Then unplug the power cable and reconnect it to reboot the product automatically. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
If the product is damaged during delivery, we will replace it. Please send clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details to the customer support email provided on the order form. Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.

If the device is defective, we will replace or refund it free of charge. However, if the issue is caused by user negligence, you can send the product to our LA address for paid repairs.
