What should I do when the power is not on?

INPET is a battery-free product that requires a constant power connection. When the power cable is connected for the first time, the LED briefly lights up to indicate power. Ensure the power cable is securely connected. If the LED turns on after connecting the cable, the product is powered on and ready to use. If the LED does not light up, check your power source or contact customer support.

How do I pair with a smartphone?

Download and install the INPET APP on your smartphone. Follow the on-screen instructions in the APP to sign up and log in. Once you’re logged in, proceed with the product registration process as guided by the APP to complete the pairing.

The LED of the product is frozen and not operating. What should I do?

First, connect the product to your smartphone to save all recently measured data. Then unplug the power cable and reconnect it to reboot the product automatically. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

I bought a product, but it arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the product is damaged during delivery, we will replace it. Please send clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details to the customer support email provided on the order form. Once verified, we will process your replacement promptly.

Can I initialize the product?

The initialization process can be performed through the INPET APP. Please refer to the APP settings for the reset option or consult the user manual. If further assistance is needed, contact customer support.

I think the product is broken. How can I get aftersales service?

If you suspect the product is malfunctioning, contact our customer support team with details of the issue and your purchase information. Depending on the warranty coverage, we will provide repair or replacement services as needed.

What preparations do I need before using the product?

Before using INPET, choose a stable location near an electrical outlet. Ensure the device is placed on a flat and solid surface, such as a table or floor, to ensure accurate weighing. Avoid placing the device on uneven or soft surfaces that might interfere with functionality.

Can I initialize the product?

Yes, you can initialize the product in two ways:

  1. Hardware Initialization: Disconnect the power cable, wait for 30 seconds, and then reconnect it.
  2. Initialization via the App: Log in to the INPET app and navigate to the INPET device settings menu in the upper-right corner. Select the "Device Initialization" option and follow the steps, including performing a 0-point adjustment, to complete the initialization process.

I think the product is broken. How can I get aftersales service?

If the device is defective, we will replace or refund it free of charge. However, if the issue is caused by user negligence, you can send the product to our LA address for paid repairs.
